Emily's 100km for NASS

he Grand Union Canal - Britain's longest waterway - heads from the vibrant heart of the Capital out to the Chilterns, and then on through rolling countryside past historic towns and quiet villages. A grand backdrop for a momentous Challenge!

Emily Wilson and family (pictured above)  completed the 100km challenge from Paddington to Bletchley in 2014. The Wilson Family made for fantastic support along the way. Her father and two brothers have ankylosing spondyltiis and Emily was inpsired by them to take part in the challenge and support NASS.

Her brother Dougie has made a brillaint video which captures moments of the day along with Emily's extraordinary efforts. Thank you Emily - you are amazing!
