Running events are a popular way to raise money for NASS

Take on a challenge for and show support for someone close to you and a cause close to the hearts of thousands.

If you have AS do check with your rheumatologist and physiotherapist before starting to run. High impact exercise can exacerbate your AS or cause flares.

If you're new to running, why not have a look at the Run247 online running community who have a wealth of great advice for beginners. Check out their starter pack here.
