NASS en Masse returns for the 3rd year bigger and better than ever
to raise awareness of AS, bring together people affected by AS
and raise funds for NASS

- London 5km Sponsored Walk & Picnic, Richmond Park, Saturday 19 May 2012, 11.00am
- Glasgow 5km Sponsored Walk & Picnic, Pollok Park, Sunday 20 May 2012, 11.00am
- Manchester Family Fun Day, Trafford MV Rugby Club, Saturday 26 May 2012, 1.00pm. Stalls, BBQ, bouncy castle, face painting, beer festival and more organised by the Boyle Family on behalf of NASS ending with a band night with The Wax. Click here for event information
- Yeovil 5km Sponsored Walk & Family Fun Day, Ryland's Farm, Saturday 16 June 2012, 11.00am. With health talks, natural therapy demonstrations, stalls, farmyard animals, picnic and fun for all the family as well as the sponsored walk. Overnight camping available. Click here for event information

5km Sponsored Walk Entry Fees
- Adult: £10.00 to include t shirt, medal and certificate upon completion
- Group: £7.50 per person to include t shirt, medal and certificate upon completion. Minimum 4 adults/group plus any children
- Children: All children under 16 free. Medal and certificate upon completion. (NASS T shirts not provided but can be purchased from the NASS shop @ £5 each)

- Online: Go to the NASS Shop and buy your places - please put the names of everyone taking part in the comments box
- Post: Download the registration form and return to NASS with the entry fee - cheques payable to NASS please
- Telephone: Call us on 020 8948 9117 with the names of everyone taking part and use your debit or credit card to pay the entry fee
As soon as you have registered you will receive an email to confirm your place. The route map and information regarding the arrangements on the day will be sent out nearer the time. T shirts, medals and certificates will be handed out on the day.
Fundraising
NASS en Masse is a sponsored walk. Everyone who takes part is encouraged to raise as much money as they can to help us deliver the GP Awareness Campaign across the UK that is aimed at reducing the long delays in diagnosis.
Fundraising doesn't need to be difficult. Simply sign up to Virgin Money Giving (www.virginmoneygiving.com), set up your own fundraising page and email the link to all your family, friends and work colleagues or download a sponsorship form here.
Volunteering
- Sponsored Walks: We are particularly looking for people to help with registration and stewards to work in pairs along to route to encourage and assist walkers as well as someone to lead the way and someone to follow behind to make sure everyone makes it to the finish line
- Family Fun Days: Looking for people to help out on the NASS Information Stand, children's activities, and on the gate
