We are delighted to announce a new venue for NASS en Masse London 2013 - Hyde Park.
Not only is there a new venue but the return of the 10k run. This will be an early morning TIMED run so ideal for any for any serious runners who want to be part of the fun.
If you are more a walker than a runner don't worry there will be a 5k walk followed by a picnic after the 10k run. Why not bring your family and the dog - make a day of it!
Both the run and walk will start near Bayswater where you will be able to enjoy the Princess Diana Memorial Playground, with both routes taking in the famous Serpentine Lake where the open water and triathlon swimming was held during the 2012 Olympic Games.
The money raised through NASS en Masse enables us to continue delivering the core aims of NASS. Each pound raised is put to the best possible use providing information, care and support to people living with their AS. It helps us to work towards a better future for all, through supporting research and campaigning.
**UPDATE** We have 2 tickets to a top London comedy venue to give away to our top fundraisers!

NASS en Masse 2013 Entry fees:
- £10 per person to walk (16 years and under free)
- £20 per person for the run in Hyde Park OR £15 per person for the run if you guarantee £50 sponsorship
*Entry fee includes t-shirt, certificate and medal as well as a timing chip for Hyde Park 10k runners
*Under 16's must purchase their t-shirt for £5 from the online shop when paying for adult places
